Saddleback Matt & Team teaches a 1.5-2 hour class on everything you need to know about Brisket.

We will go over, how to trim a brisket, how to make a great seasoning, the correct temperature to smoke, how to plan your day for success, how to pick the right smoker/wood/pellets, how to tell when your brisket is done, and the characteristics to look for when eating a brisket.

You will receive a Saddleback's Beef Rub, Sweet & Savory BBQ Sauce, Michigan Mustard BBQ Sauce, and Butcher's Paper. You will also be sampling many food items, including Brisket, Baby Back Ribs, and some surprise smoked specials.

We will limit the class size so that the students can ask questions and engage with Saddleback Matt. This class is designed for beginner to casual barbecue fans. It is not a competition class. Attendees should leave with a great understanding of what it takes to cook incredible brisket in their backyard, and a belly full of food.
